  • Rev. Tom Reeder

    Interim Senior Minister

    The Reverend Tom Reeder was called as interim minister of FCC Arlington on December 1, 2017. A graduate of Texas Christian University and of TCU’s Brite Divinity School, Tom was ordained in 1978.  He has served churches in Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama. In August of 2016 he completed fourteen years of ministry with First Christian Church of Granbury, Texas.


    He is especially attracted to this setting because of FCC Arlington’s identity statement: 

    “Centered in Christ – Formed in Relationships.”


    Tom and Elaine (married 45 years) are the parents of four adult children and eight grandchildren, all of whom live in the DFW area. They enjoy spending time with family and following TCU sports.

  • Rev. Bill JeffREys

    Associate Minister

    Bill Jeffreys joined the First Christian Church staff in January of 2010 as Associate Minister. Bill served in youth ministry positions at Ridglea Christian Church in Fort Worth and in the Trinity-Brazos Area office before joining the FCC staff. He has been and continues to be very active in the area camping program leadership. Bill also has a background in hospitality management. Bill is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.A. Sociology, minor in Religious Studies), Brite Divinity School at TCU (M. Div.), and Texas Wesleyan (MSMFT). He was ordained in August of 2009. Bill is married and has four children.

  • Dana Lobaugh

    Minister of Music and Worship

    A fourth generation Disciple of Christ and a 35-year veteran of church music leadership, Dana has served as full-time Minister of Music for First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Arlington since 2008. Dana directs FCC's Chancel Choir, a dynamic adult handbell ensemble, "Ring of Glory," youth and children's music. She also oversees smaller vocal ensembles and the contemporary Praise Team. Dana serves on the boards of Dallas Chapter Choristers Guild and the National Association of Disciple Musicians. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Voice Performance and Vocal Music Education from Phillips University in Oklahoma and has completed extensive doctoral studies in conducting and musicology, while serving as director of the Women's Chorus at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.

  • Rev. Heather Santi-Brown

    Assistant Minister and Communications Director

    Having grown up in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Heather accepted her call into ministry in high school. Heather joined the First Christian Church staff in February 2015 as Assistant Minister. She works mostly with our children and middle school youth ministries. She also serves as FCC's Communication Administrator, helping publicize special events, update the church website and promote church activities on social media streams. Before serving at FCC, Heather served at Central Christian Church in Dallas. Heather is a graduate of Texas Christian University and Brite Divinity School at TCU (M. Div.). She was ordained in October 2014. When not at church, Heather can be found having fun with with her daughter (born October 2017) watching movies and TV, water aerobics, or playing board games with her husband.
